Debbie helped us buy our first home and it could not have been an easier experience! We closed in around 4 weeks, which was perfect! We had a 3 week old baby at the time and as a new mother, i had zero stress thanks to Debbie! There were a couple late night texts and she was always there, making sure we weren’t freaking out! Debbie was a true gift from God quite literally. I wasn't even planning on selling my house or moving, but it had been a thought in the back of my head. She dropped by to actually buy a fridge from me off of Nextdoor when I was cleaning out my garage, and we started talking. She ran some comps on my house, and I had no idea my house was worth so much. As a first time home seller, she walked me through each and every step of the way the entire time, even some super late phone calls and texts. She walked me through a horrible circumstance where my first buyer backed out, and she comforted me all the way through it. Eventually, my next buyers were even better, so it all worked out.
